I do not treat head lice. If you have head lice please do not book a services since I do not have the ability to treat head lice.

I service all types of hair; coarse, curly, straight, wavy - I do it ALL! Based on your hair type we will choose the correct shampoo and conditioner (if needed).

Absolutely! You can add it when you book your appointment. You can add time in increments of 5 minutes for $5 i.e. for 10 minutes you would pay an extra $10. You can also add while you are getting your hair wash, but it is not guaranteed.

I use Nekko, Davines, Act + Acre., Amika and for Vegan individuals I use Kevin Murphy. These companies use natural ingredients and are sustainable.

Act + Acre ingredients include boabab and basil leaf, moringa extract and baobab oil and more natural ingredients.

Nekko ingredients are camellia sinesis, ubiquinone, kelp, eucalyptus, bilberry, ginger, rosemary and fine bubble water.

Davines uses a variety of clean ingredients but mostly roucou oil, minuta olive extract, salina caper blossom extract and more.

Kevin Murphy is cruelty free brand, and chooses natural ingredients with sustainable sources. Ingredients such as celery seed extract, micellar water, rose water, Shea butter, Kakadu Plum and Primrose oil.

No, I do not color hair nor do I give haircuts. ellxi only offers hair washing. After the wash and head massage I will brush your hair, add oils & send you on your way!

No, I do not do blow outs. I recommend to not blow dry your hair for 2 reasons:

• Your scalp needs to absorb the products used without it being stripped with heat

• You should let your hair dry 80% of the way before applying heat to scalp which strips away the natural oils produced.

If you anticipate a delay, please contact me immediately.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, I won't be able to dedicate the necessary time to provide the full, high-quality service you deserve.

• In this situation, the service will be modified or shortened to fit the remaining time.

• The original price for the full service will still be charged.

• In some cases, if the remaining time is insufficient, we may need to reschedule your appointment completely.

Client shall cancel appointment with Service Provider at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time booked. If cancellation is not done 24 hours before, the client will be charged 50% of the total service price.
